The Fort Garry Brewing Company Ltd brews beer in Winnipeg, Canada. The company was bought by the Hoeschen family in 1930, and operated by them until it was sold to Molson in 1960. In 1994, Richard D. Hoeschen resurrected the company.

La Fin du Monde is a Belgian style triple fermentation (also refermented in the bottle) golden ale introduced in July 1994 and produced by Unibroue of Quebec. La Fin du Monde was named after the European explorers' belief they had reached the end of the world when they discovered a new world, later known as America.

Maudite is a Belgian-style strong dark ale that has been brewed by Unibroue of Quebec since 1992. The ale is fermented on yeast based in the bottle.
