Every day Inferno's offers two soups of the day. One broth based and one cream based soup. Chef Fern is constantly brewing up new and exciting soups and has started somewhat of a reputation as being one of the top soup makers in the city. From our flagship duos Cream of Spinach Camembert Pernod and Mushroom Cognac Broth. To some of the more creative masterpieces like the Inferno Fusion soup (Caramelized onion, roasted apple, diced chicken breast, blue cheese and a dash of pernod) This is just to name a few. 

Mixed organic artisan greens topped with cucumber, tomato and pine nuts.

Served with choice of maple cranberry or orange basil vinaigrettes.

Fresh crêpes rolled up with asparagus, prosciutto and brie cheese.

Spinach, bell peppers and red onions lighly tossed in our apple cider vinaigrette. Topped of with a freshly grilled salmon filet. Finished of with slices of strawberries, pineapples, apples and drizzles of Asian aioli.

Chicken schnitzel served with lemon wedge.

5oz aged filet mignon grilled to taste.

Pan roasted sole almondine served with a lemon caper beurre blanc.

Fetucini with mixed sweet bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a cream sauce

The ultimate chocolate lovers dessert! Decadent chocolate pate in a oreo cookie crumb shell.

Shortbread crust filled with Bavarian cream topped with strawberries and glaze.

Hazelnut shortbread crust filled with lemon curd topped with a crushed hazelnut whipped cream.

Cappuccino infused custard topped with caramelized sugar.
