Due to the extreme demand for reservations during the dine out week we have decided to start our Dine About menu THIS MONDAY January 25th.  It will be offered right until February the 11th

Chef Fern has handed in this years Valentine's day menu and I do have to say that it looks magnificent. I was practically drooling on my keyboard as I was typing it up. There are not much tables left for two people but i do have some tables of four still available. Call now.

It's hard to believe that Inferno's has been open for six years. It seems like yesterday we opened the doors. Fern never imagined the success the Bistro has. He invisioned this restaurant as his semi retirement, thinking he was going to open a small quiet Bistro. But since day one of opening the doors, Inferno's has been packed. We are still amazed that for a prime seating time on a friday or saturday you need to call over a week in advance! Fern and I consider ourselves very fortunate to have to following that we have. We have seen so many people turn into familiar faces over the years.  Some customers evenl come 2-3 times a week. We are lucky to have such a successful restaurant. Especialy in Winnipeg where there seems to be two restaurants on every block and there are constantly new ones opening up and old ones shutting down. With so many choices for the consumer we feel honored that for six years we have maitained such a flow of business. 

Fern and I look forward to continue serving winnipeg over the next years to come. And eventually explore future Inferno projects to offer our patrons.
